What are we looking for?

If you are an experienced Licensed Senior Strata Manager or Licensed Strata Manager seeking a change, we invite you to bring your expertise to Strata Choice. We value individuals who demonstrate a responsive and professional approach, engaging effectively with clients to deliver exceptional customer service.

An ideal candidate will possess:

  • A positive and professional attitude
  • Energy and commitment in day-to-day tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A team-oriented mindset
  • Organisational precision
  • Technical knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Class 1 or Class 2 Strata licence, along with a motor vehicle and driver's licence.
  • Ability to travel and work from our Sydney CBD office.
