The Role
You'll be responsible for a tidy, well-maintained mixed-use portfolio, with a focus on service and compliance. Duties include:
- Liaising with Owners Corporations and clients
- Preparing budgets and presenting at AGMs
- Convening and conducting meetings
- Training and mentoring junior staff
- Assisting the General Manager with budgets and decision-making
- Attending industry networking events
About You
- 2+ years' experience in strata or related property/legal industries (ideal but not essential)
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage diverse portfolios and staff
- Sound knowledge of strata legislation and regulations in NSW
- Class 2 licence
- Confident communicator with proven relationship-building skills
