Job Summary
Come and help ACS support the nations digital skills, capabilities and inspire the next generation of technology professionals. We are looking for a Member Services Coordinator to join our team in Victoria, Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of branch event programs to support and enhance our relationship with our members, resolving and escalating member issues and ensuring their satisfaction, as well as liaising with our internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for members, addressing their inquiries and contributing to member event programs and events
- Build strong relationships with members through regular communication and engagement activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve member experience and retention rates
- Develop and implement strategies to increase member engagement and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of all member interactions and feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or membership management role
- Experience working in the IT industry is preferred. Passion for IT/Tech a must.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
