Are you an administrative superstar ready to take a new direction in your career? Our Clinic is looking for a dynamic and experienced Clinic Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring our Clinic's smooth and efficient operation.

We're looking for a proactive individual who can hit the ground running and bring their expertise and passion for administration within the Skin and Laser realm to our team. Whether you're currently a Practice Manager or Clinic Coordinator or looking for a refreshing change, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in a supportive and innovative environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the clinic.
  • Uphold and maintain high standards of service throughout the clinic.
  • Address patient queries and concerns promptly across various communication channels, including email, SMS, live chat, and phone calls.
  • Supervise and support the clinical team, including Dermal Clinicians, Nurses, and Doctors.
  • Assist with in-room preparation for clinical procedures.
  • Promote and retail clinic products, providing recommendations to clients as needed.

About you

  • Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is highly beneficial with similar practice management systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse range of personalities and cultures, build strong relationships with clients, staff, and external partners.
  • Proven capacity to manage tasks, prioritise effectively, and make swift, informed decisions in a dynamic and high-demand clinic setting.
  • Skilled in resolving issues, handling challenging situations calmly and professionally while providing practical solutions.
  • Keen eye for detail with the ability to accurately record information and follow through on tasks independently.
  • Comfortable handling basic IT tasks such as troubleshooting minor technical issues, setting up new devices, and maintaining software and hardware systems.
  • Willingness to be involved in all aspects of clinic operations, showing initiative and dedication to going above and beyond to support the clinic's goals and continuous growth.
