The Opportunity

We're looking for driven and enthusiastic Solar Sales Representatives to join our fully remote sales team. If you're passionate about renewable energy and want to be part of a high-performing company, this is your chance.

As part of our team, you'll:

  • Conduct virtual consultations with warm leads (no cold calling)
  • Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and financing options
  • Prepare quotes and close deals from the comfort of your home
  • Maintain relationships and follow up with leads to maximise conversions
  • Be backed by a support team, training program, and tech that makes your job easier

What You Bring
  • Previous solar sales or in-home sales experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • High self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
  • A professional home office setup and reliable internet
  • A genuine passion for renewables and helping people
