Part of the Sime Darby Motors Group, Volvo Cars Brisbane North is passionate about exceeding expectations and providing customers with outstanding service and value on every dealership visit.

You will be responsible for managing the delivery and handover process to our customers. You will embody the highest standards of customer service, attention to detail and present an excellent presentation to enhance the customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating the delivery of vehicles from point of sale to hand over
  • Demonstration of vehicle features
  • Completing vehicle registrations
  • Completing administration of deal packs including post-delivery requirements
  • Establish and develop strong relationships with all internal sales departments

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a similar client facing / customer service role
  • Experience in working in a team environment
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • A full drivers license and sound driving record
