What is the Opportunity?

We're hiring two Senior Revenue Growth Managers: one dedicated to the Licensed (alcohol) portfolio and one to the Energy and Non-Alcoholic drinks portfolio. These roles are critical to driving commercial growth through strategic pricing, trade investment effectiveness, and portfolio optimization across their respective markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial strategy across pricing, promotions, and mix to maximise growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate RGM strategy into planning and execution, aligning with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial teams.
  • Optimise portfolio performance through trade investment effectiveness, SKU optimisation, and targeted channel strategies.
  • Translate insights into action, building confident, data-led recommendations that influence decision-making.
  • Lead and represent RGM across key business cycles and processes.

About you:

  • Highly skilled commercial professional with FMCG experience
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the confidence to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with market intelligence platforms (e.g., Quantium, Circana, Summit)
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, including agency coordination and commercial initiatives.
  • Strategic, action-oriented, and commercially aware, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth.
  • Confident, resilient, and able to navigate complexity while building strong internal and external partnerships.

What's in it for you?

  • Grow your career – we like to promote from within and have incredible learning and development opportunities around the world.
  • Generous incentive to reward your hard work.
  • An inclusive parental leave policy for both primary and secondary caregivers
  • Gradual return to work to help you transition back from parental leave.
  • Flexible working – flexible hours and hybrid working.
  • We are committed to giving back to our communities, so we provide you with volunteer leave to do so.
