Chef – Full Time

Location: Kalgoorlie, WA

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 plus superannuation

3 Dimension Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in Kalgoorlie. We are a busy hospitality group serving high-quality meals and exceptional service across multiple venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to our menu standards.
  • Plan and design new menu items to maintain innovation and quality.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Maintain food quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and supplier orders.
  • Support training and development of kitchen team members.
  • Introduce new avenue for business.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Willing to start dinner service
