Chef – Full Time
Location: Kalgoorlie, WA
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 plus superannuation
3 Dimension Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in Kalgoorlie. We are a busy hospitality group serving high-quality meals and exceptional service across multiple venues.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to our menu standards.
Plan and design new menu items to maintain innovation and quality.
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Maintain food quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
Manage inventory, food costs, and supplier orders.
Support training and development of kitchen team members.
Introduce new avenue for business.
Requirements:
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
Willing to start dinner service
