Job Description
The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking
Senior Manager
to join our Transformation team in Perth, who can:
- Contribute to the development of new client work opportunities, through relationship management and proposal development.
- Build and lead high-performing engagement teams to design and develop high quality client deliverables and deliver outcomes for clients.
- Contribute to a positive client experience by building and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, including facilitation of stakeholder interviews and workshops, document reviews and the presentation of findings and recommendations.
- Apply critical thinking to help understand client challenges and contribute clear, practical insights to work towards solutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, while investing in your own development by building and expanding your skills and capabilities.

Education
Technically, you will bring to the position demonstrated experience working on transformation programs in the public sector, health and human services, utilities and/or higher education, delivering one or more of the following services:
- Transformation strategy, planning and business case development
- Operational excellence, including business analysis, process modelling, operating model and service design
- Change readiness, planning and adoption
- Project, program and portfolio management and PMO services.
Previous consulting experience (such as with MBB or the Big Four) is essential. You are expected to lead consulting engagements and be directly involved in the day-to-day management of our local Transformation practice.
You Are Expected To Demonstrate
- A client first approach.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to produce high-quality and impactful deliverables and outcomes in agreed timeframes with strong business writing skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Organisation, self-motivation and resilience in a fast-moving environment with a proven ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience in leading, motivating, and coaching teams to achieve tactical and strategic objectives both internally and on client engagements.
- Understanding and management of the economics of consulting engagements.
- Continuous learning mindset, staying informed and abreast of key trends, risks, developments and innovations that may impact our clients, our services or our ways of working.
- Building trusted and meaningful relationships with clients.
