Our client is a leading enterprise seeking a Senior Project Manager in Perth.

About the Role

Seeking a Senior Project Manager with significant senior leadership experience to lead large-scale Salesforce initiatives, particularly within the Public Sector Solutions space for a government client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce programs across onshore and offshore teams.
  • Ensure alignment with client expectations, contractual obligations, and business outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with transparency and professionalism, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Oversee resource management including hiring, onboarding, and performance oversight of cross-functional teams.
  • Drive operational excellence and client satisfaction through structured service delivery.
  • Resolve conflicts and mentor teams to foster collaboration and accountability across distributed environments.
  • Track financial performance, manage change controls, and protect delivery margins.
  • Communicate effectively with executive and operational audiences through impactful written and oral presentations.

About You

  • Significant experience managing largescale, complex projects within the Salesforce environment
  • Proven success in managing Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and delivery methodologies.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, SAFe Agile, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and customer service.
  • Experience in strategic partnership building with internal and external stakeholders.
