The Role

As a key member of Finance and Operations team, you will be the go-to person for operational support, compliance oversight, and reporting. You'll help ensure our funds run smoothly, meet all regulatory requirements, and deliver accurate, timely information to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain registry records and process capital calls/redemptions with precision.
  • Prepare and distribute investor reports, board packs, and compliance documentation.
  • Keep accurate records in line with regulatory, AML, and trust deed obligations.
  • Monitor and report compliance breaches or incidents, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Provide financial analysis, valuations, and scenario modelling to inform investment decisions.
  • Play an active role supporting the team liaising with regulators and licencing, and ongoing compliance framework development.

About You

  • 3–4 years' experience in funds management, investment operations, or compliance — private credit or property lending experience highly regarded.
  • Strong knowledge of fund compliance requirements, including regulatory, AML, and trust deed obligations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
