Job Role

We are seeking a senior analyst to drive compliance, operations and analysis in a high-growth private credit fund.

The ideal candidate will have experience in funds management, investment operations or compliance with strong knowledge of fund compliance requirements.

Responsibilities include maintaining registry records, preparing investor reports, monitoring compliance breaches and performing financial analysis.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and high-performing individual who can support the Finance and Operations team in achieving success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate registry records in line with regulatory, AML and trust deed obligations.
  • Prepare and distribute timely and accurate investor reports, board packs and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor and report compliance breaches or incidents, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Perform thorough financial analysis to ensure fund success.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in funds management, investment operations or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of fund compliance requirements including regulatory, AML and trust deed obligations.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
