Job Title: Senior Compliance Analyst

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Senior Compliance Analyst. As a key member of our compliance function, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our compliance capability within the first line of defence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embed effective compliance controls across business units
  • Translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions
  • Provide compliance advice and support to stakeholders
  • Contribute to risk-in-change assessments and remediation activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in regulatory risk, ideally gained within financial services
  • Solid understanding of APRA, ASIC, and other regulatory bodies
  • Experience designing and implementing compliance controls that are both effective and practical
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
