Arrow Energy is a Queensland-based producer of natural gas and electricity to power homes, business, and industries.
Our Surat Gas Project is a 27-year project that will have the capability to produce enough natural gas to power the equivalent of more than four million homes every day.

We employ around 500 people and contractors, and have offices in Dalby, Chinchilla, and Brisbane.

To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a Business Partner / Solutions Architect to join our team.
The Role: Reporting to the ICT Strategy, Architecture & Business Partner Manager,purpose of the role is to facilitate strategic alignment across functions to create ICT roadmaps for Arrow, provide architecture direction and assurance, solutions' design aligned with stakeholder needs and requirements, to solve and seize Arrow's problems and opportunities and deliver business objectives.
This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.
In addition, you will:
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow's values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
- Meet business requirements by managing overall outcomes from multiple architecture domain into complete fit-for-purpose solutions and implementation roadmaps.
- Identify fit-for purpose technology solutions by monitoring technology trends and innovations in the market and assess opportunities to leverage these for ICT strategic direction and targeted solutions.
- Identify opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve integration, efficiency and effectiveness of business units by partnering with stakeholders and developing a robust understanding of stakeholder processes, pain points and insights via problem-solving approach.
- Promote opportunities and projects by proactively sharing knowledge of technology risks and opportunities and supporting business stakeholders, ICT Portfolio, Applications Support and Service teams to improve effectiveness of initiatives.
- Maintain ICT governance and standards by establishing effective vendor relationships, creating and updating documentation, participating in assurance activities, identifying and managing risks and troubleshooting issues.
About You
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
- University degree in Information Technology
- TOGAF Certification
- MS Visio experience
- CCNA/CCNP
