  Job Description
  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement strategic workforce plans.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations and workplace policies.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives across the organisation.
  • Drive performance management processes and professional development programs.
  • Collaborate on organisational change and culture-building projects.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices in Human Resources.
  • Analyse workforce data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels.
    
    
  The Successful Applicant
  
  A Successful People Business Partner Should Have
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in a similar Human Resources role within the retail industry.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
