Perth, Western Australia PARC Engineering Pty Ltd Full time $60,000 - $180,000 per year

About the Opportunity PARC Engineering is currently seeking a passionate & motivated Site Administrator who will act as a key link between our site team and Perth office, providing daily administrative support to employees & management. This is a site-based role on a construction project based in the Pilbara, WA.

  • 12hr days
  • 6-8 month duration
  • Immediate start

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project support as required, including flights, accommodation, leave requests and timesheets
  • Data entry such as maintaining project rosters, schedules and plant & equipment registers
  • Maintain training & compliance records and ensure refresher requirements are met
  • Liaising directly with the client and internal mobilisation team to ensure smooth onboarding of new employees
  • Providing admin support to project managers, supervisors, and engineers

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with a particular focus on Excel
  • Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in an administrative role within construction, mining, oil & gas or infrastructure industries
  • Previous site-based experience or FIFO exposure
  • A can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation, communication & interpersonal skills
  • BHP inductions highly regarded
