Carer’s Network provides in home care and support to Australians across Metro Melbourne and Regional Victoria, as we are an approved provider with Age Care, NDIS, TAC and the DVA. **About the role**
As our client base has been rapidly growing, we are currently expanding our team in head office. As we are a small business, with high growth, this would be an amazing opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator or anyone with a Customer Service background that is seeking a career change or career growth.
In this role, you will play an integral role in supporting the Recruitment, Incident Mgt and Scheduling Departments. You will be trained in recruitment and selection activities as well as scheduling with the Rostering Team. The incident management tasks are to follow a pre-determine set of KPI’s that allow for external reporting within agreed timelines.
This position is full time with opportunities to further extend your skills by training and working in other areas of Carer’s Network.
**Your responsibilities**
- Prepare fortnightly reports for management reporting requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring accuracy of information collated for onboarding documentation.
- Administer the coordination, processing, and data entry of all paper and electronic HR transactions against quality standards and agreed time-frames.
- Assist with reference checks and administer correspondence during the recruitment process.
- Responsible for associated incident and complaints collation and data input for management review.
- Monitor system notes and tasks and coordinate completion.
- Have the ability to liaise and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all records and databases are updated accordingly.

**Salary**: $58,400.00 per year
