Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee multiple residential construction projects from design to completion. You will play a key role in coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, liaising with clients and site supervisor, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage residential construction projects
  • Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
  • Administer contracts, variations, selections and progress claims
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports on On site companion

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential construction project management
  • Strong understanding of contracts, tendering, and contract administration
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in construction management software
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or related field
