About the Role:

You'll be responsible for preparing accurate sales estimates, managing variations, and providing cost breakdowns to support the sales and pre-construction process. Working closely with the Sales, Drafting, and Construction teams, you'll ensure every project is priced efficiently, competitively, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed sales estimates, BOQs, and pricing documentation using Databuild and Onsite Companion
• Review drawings, tender documentation, and specifications to ensure accurate take-offs and pricing
• Manage variations, client requests, and tender adjustments throughout the pre-construction phase
• Liaise with suppliers, trades, and internal departments to confirm pricing and product selections
• Maintain and update costing databases and supplier pricing structures
• Provide clear, accurate information to the Sales and Design teams to support client decision-making

About You:

• Proven experience as a Sales Estimator within the residential building industry (volume or custom homes)
• Strong working knowledge of Databuild and Onsite Companion systems
• Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing
• High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to problem-solve proactively
