About the Role

As a Production Operator, you'll play a hands-on role in our daily manufacturing operations, including:

  • Product preparation, batching, filling, and packing
  • Equipment checks, cleaning, and sanitation
  • Stock management and site organisation
  • Loadout and despatch
  • Compliance with food safety and workplace standards

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in food production, dairy, or manufacturing operative production experience preferred
  • If limited experience full on the job training will be provided
  • Understanding of hygiene, HACCP, GMP, and safety protocols
  • Certificate II or III in Food Processing (or similar)
  • Forklift licence or delivery driving experience (preferred)
  • Ability to perform manual handling and physical tasks
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
