About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Casual Production Operators to join our team at our renowned Tatura manufacturing site. You'll help produce high-quality products like cream cheese, infant formula, and single-serve butter.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will be expected to work across a rotating roster, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Candidates MUST hold a current Forklift license. Candidates who currently hold one will have priority. Please still do apply if you have the test booked in or are open to getting a Forklift license.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment
  • Perform changeovers and reduce downtime
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow safety/quality standards
  • Report safety or maintenance issues promptly
  • Adhering to company safety and quality policies and procedures

About You

  • Experience in food or dairy manufacturing (preferred, not essential)
  • A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Forklift or HR truck licence
  • Flexibility for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
