Roundtree Search is representing a national boutique real estate investment manager that provides tailored mid-market financing solutions across the capital stack. The firm specialises in first mortgage senior, stretch senior, mezzanine, land, bridging, and preferred equity positions — partnering with experienced sponsors and developers across Australia's major markets.
The business has established a strong reputation for its speed of execution, disciplined credit approach, and ability to structure bespoke solutions that traditional lenders can't. With an expanding portfolio and active deal flow, the team is looking to appoint an Investment Analyst to support origination, underwriting, and asset management functions.
Key responsibilities will include financial modelling, credit analysis, due diligence, and preparation of investment papers across a range of lending scenarios and asset classes. The role offers hands-on exposure to live transactions, credit committee discussions, and borrower interaction — working directly alongside senior team members.
This opportunity would suit a candidate with 1–4 years' experience in a property finance banking team or commercial real estate private credit, who's eager to broaden their exposure across diverse real estate lending structures. A commercial mindset, strong analytical skills, and genuine interest in real estate investing will be key to success. Working directly with the Head of NSW, this role will provide you with the full scope of the transaction lifecyle, including origination.
