About OLLO

We help hospitality brands stand out online. From neighborhood cafés to growing groups, we produce content that feels true to each venue and drives results across social and digital.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Sydney-based freelance content creator to service our hospitality clients locally. You will receive clear shot lists and creative direction from our team, then execute on site. Clients are on retainers, with monthly or every-second-month shoots, so reliability matters. We want to build long-term partnerships, not one-off gigs.

Post-production not required but would be a plus.

What You'll Do

Shoot video and stills for social and digital, primarily short-form vertical

Follow OLLO briefs, brand guidelines, and shot lists precisely

Manage efficient on-location setups during service or pre-service

Deliver selects and edits for Instagram, TikTok, and Reels

Communicate professionally with venue managers and staff

Travel across Sydney for shoots, occasional evenings when required

What We're Looking For

Strong videography skills, plus solid photography for social

Proven experience shooting hospitality content

Confident in Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or CapCut

Reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently to a brief

Your own kit preferred, including lights and audio

Sydney based with transport

ABN required. Public liability insurance is a plus.
