This project offers an opportunity for a skilled freelance video editor to create engaging video content for a franchise business in Sydney. The role involves on-site filming at a GymbaROO center, capturing a talent speaking to camera, and gathering b-roll footage to enhance the final product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire video production process, from setup and filming to editing and delivery of polished content. The reference style is dynamic and social-media friendly, similar to trending TikTok content, and the final deliverables will be used for brand advertising purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to the designated GymbaROO center in Sydney for on-site filming
  • Set up video and audio equipment to ensure high-quality capture
  • Direct and film one talent speaking to camera, following the provided brief
  • Capture relevant b-roll footage to support the main narrative
  • Edit raw footage into a cohesive, engaging video suitable for social media platforms
  • Apply color correction, sound balancing, and basic motion graphics as needed
  • Deliver the final video files in the required formats and resolutions
  • Communicate effectively with the marketing manager to ensure project objectives are met

Skills And Requirements

  • Proven experience in videography and video editing, with a portfolio of similar projects
  • Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Ability to handle on-site video production, including setup and breakdown of equipment
  • Strong understanding of social media video trends, especially TikTok-style content
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable access to professional video and audio equipment
  • Availability for a single on-site filming session in Sydney
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
