Sales and Marketing Coordinator

**The Opportunity**

**Position Overview**

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level support role assisting our Sales team in transforming primary school performing arts education across Australia. You'll help our sales representatives focus on connecting with schools and closing deals by handling administrative tasks and supporting marketing activities. This role requires strong organisational skills and an enthusiasm for arts education.

**As Part Of This Role You Will:Sales Support**
- Maintain and develop CRM records and support the execution of outbound sales outreach
- Create various sales documents and assets
- Assist with the preparation of curated information for sales calls, demonstrations, and conferences

**Marketing & Content Creation**
- Design visual materials using Canva for presentations and campaigns
- Write basic marketing copy for website, social media, and marketing collateral
- Assist with website content and social media management
- Contribute to multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Support SEO initiatives and advertising campaign management
- Prepare, organise, and ensure availability of all marketing materials for team members attending conferences and events

**Administrative Coordination**
- Coordinate meetings, take notes, and track action items
- Manage inquiries and support conference logistics
- Assist with sales culture initiatives and team activities

**What We're Looking ForEssential Skills**
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Competence using Canva
- Entry-level copywriting ability
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn CRM systems
- Self-motivation and ability to work in a team environment

**Nice to Have**
- Marketing education background
- Previous administrative experience
- Internship experience in marketing or sales
- Experience with Hubspot CRM
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Meta Business Suite
- Education sector experience

**Location and Requirements**:
Our office is located in Surry Hills (Sydney) in very close proximity to public transport (train, bus, light rail) and surrounded by awesome cafes and places to eat.

We are a team that enjoys coming to the office, working together and we are looking for someone interested in doing the same.

This role requires prolonged periods of desk work, including computer use and phone calls. A driver's license is required for attending meetings and conferences. Some regional and interstate travel to key markets will be involved, generally in short stints.
