Customer Service Consultant
to join our dynamic Customer Service team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of delivering a post-sale experience that reflects the premium quality of our products—providing timely, thoughtful, and solutions-driven support that truly makes a difference for our customers.
As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll become a product expert and take full ownership of warranty and service cases from start to finish. You'll manage customer communications, resolve issues efficiently, and use Salesforce Customer 360 alongside AI-powered tools to make your work smoother and more effective. Collaborating closely with technicians, logistics, and product teams, you'll ensure customers receive fast, empathetic, and accurate solutions every time.
If you're passionate about delighting customers, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to make an impact using the latest tools and technologies, this role offers a rewarding career path with plenty of opportunities to grow.
The Role
- Take charge of post-sale service cases from start to finish—think of it as being the hero behind every warranty claim, repair, or delivery solution.
- Turn tricky escalations into "wow" moments, creatively resolving issues while keeping the King Living experience top-notch.
- Become a Salesforce Customer 360 pro, documenting every detail so each customer's journey is seamless and memorable.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to work smarter, speed up resolutions, and communicate like a pro.
- Keep customers in the loop with clear, friendly updates—setting expectations and timelines that build trust.
- Team up with technicians, logistics, and product experts to deliver solutions fast and flawlessly.
- Spot high-risk or complex issues early and escalate to the right team to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Share your knowledge with customers—educate them on product care, materials, and service coverage with confidence and clarity.
- Suggest improvements, help shape service processes, and contribute to a growing knowledge base that makes everyone's life easier.
- Stay hands-on by shadowing or joining at least one service call per quarter to sharpen your product know-how and problem-solving skills.
About You
- You have experience in customer service, ideally within furniture, retail, or other service-based industries
- You're confident working across CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and embrace AI tools to enhance productivity
- You're skilled in conflict resolution, empathetic communication, and issue de-escalation
- You understand warranty policy, consumer guarantees, and product issue assessment
- You have a proactive and problem-solving mindset, focused on first contact resolution and efficiency
- You're comfortable working across voice and digital channels in a fast-paced environment
- You are organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering premium service outcomes
- You value collaboration and work well with cross-functional teams to achieve great results
