We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Xero, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records in Xero
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee record maintenance
  • Monitor and respond to emails, ensuring follow-ups and task completion
  • Support management with general administrative tasks, filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Prepare reports and assist with end-of-month and end-of-year accounting requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience (Xero experience essential)
  • Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
