Job Summary

We are seeking a well-organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This dual-role position involves managing front-desk and administrative duties while supporting our accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in bookkeeping or office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and handle incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and deliveries.
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and processing payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and receivable records.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial reporting.
  • Coordinate office supplies and general administrative support.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and team members as required.
  • Ensure the reception area and office are kept tidy and presentable at all times.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
