We're posting this role in Brisbane, but it's
based in Hervey Bay
, and we're
open to providing a relocation allowance

About the Role

As our new
Roofing Site Supervisor
, you'll oversee and support subcontractors and installers across a variety of roofing projects in the Hervey Bay region. You'll bring strong leadership, a sharp eye for safety and quality, and the ability to solve problems on the go.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support roofers and subcontractors on-site
  • Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections
  • Perform site measures and manage work schedules
  • Ensure high standards of safety and workmanship
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth job delivery
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to teams
  • Oversee and manage job documentation using system apps

What You'll Bring

  • Trade qualification in Roof Plumbing (ideal)
  • Proven experience in roofing (metal, fascia, guttering)
  • Leadership experience or readiness to step into a supervisory role
  • White Card (General Construction Induction)
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to forward-plan, prioritise, and think on your feet
  • Strong work ethic and a safety-first mindset
