This is a role for an energetic and seasoned marketing professional, who is digital first, but also has exposure and a keen interest in other aspects of marketing, such as brand, B2B & B2C marketing, content, design, events, and product. And most importantly, you don't want to be a cog – but a driving force that's recognised for owning and delivering outstanding results.
You will take the reins for the Independent Reserve (Australia) brand, and you will be responsible for driving growth across all channels.
What do we mean by "all channels"? SEO, paid digital, app-store optimisation, PR, affiliate marketing, content and landing page optimisation, events, podcasts, OOH, and more
This is a lot to take on for one person, but don't despair – there's a team behind you. Copywriters, designers, a product team, developers, agencies, social, CRM and performance managers, as well as the Marketing Director to help guide you.
This role requires a positive attitude, self-initiative and a good broad range of experiences - because you'll need to get your hands dirty, even with an experienced and capable team behind you.
We are looking for someone who can work cross-functionally, manage the team, briefs, website updates, PR, agencies, publishers, influencers, and everything related to promoting Independent Reserve.

Skills and experience we are looking for:
Genuine experience in crypto as an investor or professionally.A minimum of 6 to 8 years of marketing experience (digital first, with a breadth of other marketing experience) The tenacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.A positive attitude, excellent organisational and time management skills.Excellent attention to detail.A strong understanding and appreciation for branding. Exceptional written and verbale communication skills. Experience managing agencies (SEO, PR, media buying, affiliate, etc.) Experience managing and negotiating with publishers. Proven SEO or website project management experience. Good general technical knowledge (HTML, CRM, GA4, etc.)Strong ability to find solutions, without always needing your hand held. Strong analytics and reporting experience. Eagerness to learn and expand your knowledge and responsibilities.
