About the role

We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable and honest individual to join our team here at Boat Hardware, based in Buln Buln Victoria. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's online presence across eBay and our website, playing a crucial role in driving sales. Experience is essential and this is not a work from home position.

What you'll be doing

  • Create and upload engaging product listings on eBay and our company website
  • Ensure all product details, images, and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and orders in a timely manner
  • Assist with inventory management and coordinating shipments
  • Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective online strategies

What we're looking for

  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using eBay, website content management systems, and online marketplaces
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role or customer service background is preferred
