About the role

Join the team at Port City Engines' as an Online Engine Parts Listing specialist. In this full-time role based in Portland, VIC, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our online catalogue of high-quality engine parts and accessories. With a focus on providing an excellent customer experience, you will ensure our digital storefront is up-to-date, user-friendly and showcases our vast range of automotive products.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately list new engine parts and accessories on our e-commerce platform
  • Update existing product listings with accurate descriptions, images and pricing
  • Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory items for replenishment
  • Respond to customer inquiries about product availability and specifications
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content and promotions
  • Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for product expansion or optimisation
  • Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail in our online catalogue
