Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Dental Assistant/Clinical Coordinator to join our high-performing Chatswood dental centre. This role offers an outstanding opportunity for a capable Dental Assistant to take the next step in their career, providing clinical and operational support to Practitioners while contributing to the smooth, efficient running of the centre.

About the Role

As a Senior Dental Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice. You'll work closely with Practitioners to deliver exceptional patient care, maintain high clinical standards, and ensure the team operates efficiently and collaboratively. This role also supports the Centre Leader in upholding compliance, mentoring junior team members, and fostering a positive and professional workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced chairside assistance and clinical support to Practitioners
  • Oversee sterilisation and infection control procedures in line with compliance standards
  • Assist in coordinating daily operations and patient flow
  • Support and mentor junior Dental Assistants and trainees
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to clinical protocols
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement
