Key Responsibilities

  • Issue sales invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain and update the invoice ledger.
  • Perform after-sales payment collection and reconciliation.
  • Assist with expense audits and ensure all expenditures are properly documented.
  • Support the finance team with other ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
