About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Float Attendant to join our friendly team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about health, wellness, and creating exceptional guest experiences. You'll be responsible for providing a high level of service, maintaining the cleanliness of our centre, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Prepare float and sauna rooms before and after each session
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards throughout the centre
  • Manage bookings, payments, and general administrative tasks
  • Provide information about services and products
  • Ensure a calm, welcoming, and safe environment for all guests
  • Support the team with opening and closing duties
