Receptionist/administration

We have a great opportunity for a friendly, outgoing individual with exceptional presentation and a genuine interest in real estate to become a valued member of the team.
Your day will be kept busy with general administration tasks as well as providing administration support to the office.
Your responsibilities will vary from greeting clients and overseeing the reception area as well as providing assistance to the team by undertaking various administration tasks as required.
**Your responsibilities will vary including**:
- Front desk reception - making everyone who walks in the door feel welcome.
- Answering telephones
- Administrative support to the departments (sales & rentals)
- Liaising with prospective purchasers, vendors, tenants / landlords, Solicitors and Conveyancers
To be successful for this position, you will have:
- Exceptional customer service skills & presentation
- Good time management & communications skills
- Eye for details & strong organisational skills
- Solid written & verbal communication ability
- A sense of humour and excellent work ethic
- Confident user of technology
Position is part time - 3 days a week to begin with (9.00 - 5.00pm)
On the job training will be provided and you will be supported throughout the training process.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $50,000.00 per year
