About the Role

Ready to take the next step in your career? This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Village or Park Manager to step into a Senior leadership position.

As a Senior Village Manager, you'll balance leading your own site with providing first-line support to village teams across the region. It's a hands-on role that combines operational oversight, mentoring, and compliance, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and thrives in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resident Experience: Foster a welcoming and supportive environment by championing community engagement and addressing resident concerns with care.
  • Operations & Property Management: Oversee tenancy processes, inspections, site presentation, and maintenance, ensuring safe, compliant, and well-run villages.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Guide and support Village Managers, acting as their first point of contact for operational challenges, resident satisfaction, and team leadership.

About You

You'll be a confident leader with a strong operational mindset and a passion for supporting independent living.

  • Proven experience in village, property, community, or facilities management (Essential)
  • Real Estate licence (Essential)
  • Senior First Aid (Preferred)
  • Strong operational and administrative skills, with attention to compliance and detail
  • Experience mentoring staff and leading diverse teams across multiple locations
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and conflict resolution skills
  • Financial literacy, including budgeting, reporting, and resource management
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel for monthly site visits across your region
  • Ability to satisfy pre employment checks, including a National Police History Check, Reference Check and NDIS Workers Check
