About the Role

Burnside Village is seeking a highly capable Safety & Security Manager to lead safety, security, and emergency management across the Centre. This pivotal role ensures a premium, safe, and welcoming environment by overseeing security operations, systems, and contractors while building strong relationships with retailers, customers, authorities, and service providers.

The successful candidate will:

  • Undertake the Duty Manager role during key trading periods including weekends and Thursday evenings.
  • Act as Chief Warden, managing emergency situations and safety procedures as required.
  • Oversee security systems, service providers, and emergency preparedness.
  • Lead incident management, risk reduction, and compliance with WHSE standards.
  • Partner with stakeholders, including emergency services to maintain Burnside Village's reputation for safety and excellence.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture through training, communication, and accountability.

This role is for a professional who thrives on operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and creating a secure environment aligned with Burnside Village's premium standards.
