We are seeking a highly capable Project Sales Support Officer for an initial 3-month contract. This role will lead the development and implementation of sales strategies, customer journey improvements, and contract management processes to support key projects.

Role Overview:

The Project Sales Support Officer will play a central role in shaping and executing sales-related initiatives. This includes driving a new display village strategy, enhancing the customer journey in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager, overseeing contract management systems and processes, and delivering sales support tasks as required.

About the Person:

You are strategic, detail-oriented, and thrive in project-based environments. You have strong communication skills, can work collaboratively with stakeholders, and are confident in managing multiple priorities. Your ability to combine sales support expertise with process improvement makes you an ideal fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the
    display village strategy
  • Enhance the customer journey and sales experience, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager
  • Oversee and improve contract management systems and processes
  • Provide additional sales support, including memo writing, updating sales strategies, and supporting project outcomes

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales support, project coordination, or related roles at a senior level
  • Strong understanding of customer journey design and sales processes
  • Experience managing or improving contract management systems
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to prepare memos and update strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Government or large-scale project experience is desirable
