Up to 3 full-time Retail Supervisors are required for Ord Six Pty Ltd trading as Totally Workwear Kununurra (ABN , at Kununurra, Western Australia.

Salary $75,000 to $80,000 per year.

Position Description:

As part of our dedicated team you will be responsible for the below duties:

  • supervising Retail Sales workers
  • providing customer service
  • responding to customers' product inquiries and complaints
  • supporting retail floor staff to manage sales procedures
  • operating POS
  • preparing quotes for customers
  • receiving returned goods and determining whether refunds should be issued
  • taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock
  • ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed
  • ensuring WHS procedures are followed
  • overseeing customer store accounts
  • preparing the store for daily trading
  • securing the store at the end of trading.

Requirements:

  • Certificate II or Certificate III in retail with one year of relevant work experience (minimum 20 hours per week), or at least one year of full-time work experience as a Retail Supervisor.
  • Secondary education or equivalent.
  • Drivers Licence.
  • Competent computer skills for POS system and email correspondence with customers and suppliers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

To be successful you will demonstrate sales administration experience in the retail sector, particularly in inventory management and customer quoting. You will be highly productive, with good communication skills and the ability to manage your time and follow procedures. A positive disposition, a willingness to learn and a passion for great customer service is essential.
