We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Kununurra, Western Australia.

The successful candidate will assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong clinical assessment skills with timely responses to changes in customers' conditions
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans in partnership with customers and their families
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals for quality care delivery
  • Ensuring full compliance with organizational and professional standards
Requirements:
  • AHPRA Registration
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting
  • Effective planning and coordination skills in care delivery
  • Guiding staff in wound and diabetes care
  • Sound understanding of medication systems
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
