We are seeking a Full-time, permanent Registered Nurse in Kununurra, Western Australia.

As a Registered Nurse, you will assess residents' needs, plan, implement and evaluate care plans. Experience in mentoring and supervising care staff and awareness of AN-ACC required assessments are needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and appropriate response to changes in customer condition
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care in partnership with customers and their loved ones
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care to customers
  • Ensure full compliance with organizational, professional and aged care standards
Requirements:
  • AHPRA Registration
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting
  • Strong planning and coordination skills in care delivery
  • Ability to guide staff in wound and diabetes care
  • Sound understanding of medication systems
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
