Leonay Golf Club is located at the foot of the Blue Mountains in Western Sydney.  The Club features a Bistro & main lounge which seats approximately 300+ guests and has views of the golf course, a café area and a busy functions trade with 2 function rooms capable of seating 10 to over 150 guests.

The Club is looking for experienced Hospitality professionals to fill the role of Duty Manager and be a part of the operation in our friendly community club.

Operating Hours

Monday: 10:00AM - 9:30PM

Tuesday: 10:00AM - 10:30PM

Wednesday: 10:00AM - 10:30PM

Thursday: 10:00AM - 10:30PM

Friday: 10:00AM - 12:00AM

Saturday: 10:00AM - 12:00AM

Sunday: 10:00AM - 9:00PM

About the Role

  • Ensuring the effective and efficient management of club operations.
  • Documenting and reporting any security and compliance matters.
  • Planning, executing, and managing events.
  • Organising, leading and motivating staff to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with all departments to establish effective relationships and work together to achieve the club's goals.
  • Efficiently and effectively managing compliance, of all policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring effective communication within the team.

About You:

  • Must hold valid RSA, RCG & ARCG qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a supervisor or leadership position.
  • Previous experience working in hospitality and gaming is essential.
  • Ability to lead and manage dynamic teams within the operation.
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities and ability to write professional reports.
  • Staff and performance management experience.
  • Have impeccable personal presentation.
