Summit Open Space Services is recognised as a leading provider of Tree Services across the whole life cycle, specialising in arboriculture and vegetation management. We are a vibrant, innovative, and dynamic company with a strong commitment to developing our employees.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Client Manager to join our team in Penrith and surrounding areas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key vegetation management and tree contracts across various sectors including Councils, Rail, and Roads. Your primary duties will include fostering good relationships with government clients, overseeing operational workflow, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, in this all-round specialist role, you will be responsible for low- and high-level tree assessment, contract and client management.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in making a difference to the urban amenity arboriculture industry and a background in the tree industry.

  • Manage key contracts across the business, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with government clients in various sectors.
  • Oversee and facilitate operational workflow, ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery.
  • Engage in a broad range of arboricultural, client and management tasks.
  • Continue a positive and safe team culture.

  • Valid Driver's License
  • OHS Construction Card (White Card)
  • Demonstrated experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Packages knowledge
