Penrith RSL Club, located in the heart of our vibrant city, is experiencing an exciting period of growth. With the opening of our multi million dollar Events Centre and Grid Restaurant & Bar, plus the recent amalgamation with Kemps Creek Sports & Bowling Club, there's never been a better time to join our team.

We are currently seeking passionate and motivated customer service leaders to join us as Relief Duty Managers, Supervisors, and Gaming Attendants.

About the Role

As part of our leadership and frontline operations team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth, professional running of the Club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the Club, ensuring all services run efficiently and professionally.
  • Enforce Club policies, procedures, and compliance with all relevant legislation.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service—proactively engage with patrons and go the extra mile to meet their needs.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness.
  • Oversee financial processes including cash handling, daily reconciliations, and inventory management.
  • Assist in planning and executing Club events, promotions, and operational initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on operational and financial performance to support business growth.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Availability for late-night and weekend shifts is essential.

About You

We're looking for energetic, hands-on team players with a genuine passion for hospitality and people.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Gaming Attendant or Supervisor in a similar venue.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and support your team.
  • Current RSA and RCG certifications with Advanced RCG highly regarded
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to resolve customer issues professionally and calmly.
  • Sound understanding of hospitality industry regulations and compliance requirements.
