About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated property professional who is ready to step into a leadership role. As Team Leader, you'll be responsible for guiding a team of property managers while also managing your own well-maintained portfolio of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of property managers
  • Manage your own portfolio of residential properties
  • Drive team performance and ensure service excellence
  • Handle escalations and complex issues with professionalism
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in property management
  • Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and compliance
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise
  • Current real estate certificate or licence
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for people and property
