Project Support Assist with CAPEX and modification works, including contractor liaison, scheduling, and project administration.

Compliance & Safety Support WHS monitoring and ensure all contractors are inducted and compliant with insurance and safety requirements.

General Support Assist with events, cross-company coordination, and respond to after-hours calls as required.

  4. Minimum 5+ years' experience in property or facilities management, ideally within retail or commercial settings
  5. Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
