Our client** is a well-regarded architectural studio with a strong pipeline of exciting new projects. Their culture is built on collaboration, client service, and professional growth — all while maintaining a genuine commitment to work–life balance.

This newly created role has arisen due to continued growth and project demand. The studio's portfolio primarily spans Multi-Residential, Mixed-Use, and Commercial projects, offering the opportunity to contribute to diverse, high-quality work within a supportive and progressive team environment.

Your duties as Architectural Technician (REVIT) will include but are not limited to:

  • Producing and delivering accurate construction documentation (Revit) with a focus on technical excellence and design quality.
  • Ensuring high standards of documentation and consistency are maintained across all project stages.
  • Providing input on technical and design matters, contributing to innovative project outcomes.
  • Collaborating with consultants, stakeholders, authorities, and internal team members to ensure coordinated project delivery.
  • Assisting the team in meeting project deadlines and supporting efficient workflow processes.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about producing quality work. You will demonstrate strong communication skills and take pride in delivering accurate, coordinated documentation in a collaborative studio environment. *To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:*

  • Tertiary qualifications in Architecture (or equivalent).
  • Strong proficiency in Revit – essential.
  • A minimum of 4 years of local post-graduate experience within an Australian architecture studio – essential.
  • The ability to provide Revit documentation samples that clearly demonstrate your technical proficiency – essential.
  • Relevant project experience across various sectors in Australia, ideally within Multi-Residential or Mixed-Use developments.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian Standards, Codes, and construction practices.
  • Full working rights in Australia (Australian/NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident) – essential.
