Successful candidates will be heavily invested in receiving formal training and mentoring from our seasoned and skilled people. This tailored training will ensure you're prepared and confident for your new role.

Our selection Process – it's a two-way street

It's not just about us getting to know you. We want you to be curious about Adbri and our 140-year history, what we do and our promise to you. The first step will involve a brief phone call to explore your potential fit. The second step will be an in-person interview where you'll see one of our sites & meet the team.

Requirements

  • Medical test including a drug & alcohol test.
  • Police check.
  • If you are interested in a Concrete Truck Driver role, you need to have held a full Australian Driver's Licence for a minimum of 2 years (automatic or manual.)  

Onboarding

  • Upon securing your position, you will start a comprehensive Onboarding Program. Depending on the role you are successful for this program runs from 2- 6 weeks.
